Man just a great guy from start to finish, a true man of his word as a first time home buyer I feel like I made a great decision by coming to this man I would recommend him to anyone. Hello there good ppl! When I say I’m beyond grateful and glad to cross paths with Russell…you probably can’t imagine the feeling I have. I first spoke with Russell on the 1st of March to give him my husband and I info. He said we may hear back from him in an hr/ two or the next morning. He called back in maybe 30 minutes and said we were pre-approved for a home loan. He explained exactly what he needed from us and we delivered within the amount of time given. Russell closed on our home in 12 days after we found our home. He answered all questions I asked and was patient in doing so. I was so worried about closing cost (my main questions) and he reassured me that he would handle it on his end. We brought no closing cost to the table. Outside of that, he so good at what he do THEY OWE US MONEY!! We are truly blessed by GOD in this entire situation. My advice to anyone that cross paths with him in the market is to get him what he asked for in a timely manner and let him do his thang. This by far exceeded all my expectations of what I thought it would be like to purchase a house. Russell you make me wanna slap myself for being so nervous. Thank you so much.
